i dont live in colorado, but i do support barack obama because i think he can get the job done. But most important he can bring american together as a whole. The clintons just using black people to get in office in help the mexicans out again. If you look what Bill Clinton did while he was in office you would agree. And that is a insult saying he was the first black president. Come on people in wake up.

Obama is by far the most qualified candidate in this field. Look at his platforms on any given issue. If you can sustain concentration for that long. No candidate on either side is as well prepared for this job as his is right now, except perhaps Romney. Either of these 2 should be our leader. Anyone else would be a drastic mistake. Especially Sillary or Gullible-iani.. .
Although I'm going to try to help Obama as much as I can, realistically, it's not gonna happen for him in 2008 because he is Black. Let's face it... we will see racist whitey's in the South and elsewhere come together and come to the polls en masse.McCain is running and he is the good ol'boy who will get on television and talk about how he loves America and all and that is all it is going to take.How is the US ready for a Black President? We have not even had a black vice president yet and we only have a few blacks in the Senate and NONE from the South states.
So, here's My 2 cents...What does Obama know about the USA? He IS the USA. We all came here from some other country at some point, and very few of us have single ethnicities. We're all mutts basically. With that being said, I think Obama might very well be the best possible candidate.... or at least the most representative of the giant melting pot. As far as "speaking well, and charasmatic" which so many people bring up, I always wonder why that's something well-meaning white people point out about powerful black leaders. You never hear anybody say Mike Gravel or John Edwards "speak well." We should all just forget about his race, because it is no more relevant to the elections than yours. The man has some amazing ideas. Take the time needed to actually listen to them, and then make up your mind. I've already made my choice. Obama!
