This election is about far more than Iraq; at stake are billions of dollars of subsides, the salvaging of a failing educational system, the necessity to shift from the military industrial complex to the emerging alternative energy industry. Barak has detailed plans on how to handle these situations and more; he has the support of independents and republicans alike, Washington will not be able to slow this man down. He is the first man of mind that we have had in a very long time, lets not push Atlas to shrug. For all of those people who rely on the next President to change things, it is not his responsibility, but your own-all he can do is be a strong image for the direction this country is taking. It will take strong individuals rallying communities to change America, we cannot rely on our President to do that for us. We each need to take responsibility for our own existence and our goals. How can Obama be an effective president if we do not actively work to see these changes happen.

What's this guy Obama going to change? Nothing! He seems racist, as he listened to Jesse J & Al Sharpton advise about "stop acting white" regarding those MS students. Will he give J & A jobs in DC? This dude isn't anything special. If he gives an Iraq pullout date, he's dumb. Also, don't vote for him cause he's black.

You speak of political maturity and experience, muslim religion, gender, race; Maybe now this is what this country needs...a fresh new approach to politics. Politics that is not bought or sold to the highest bidder. The past 8 years of so called political experience has driven this country into political unrest, war, greed and trillions of dollars in debt. Is this the experience that you speak of? We need a president who represents all of America; not just the chosen few! Vote! Pray over it and vote where the Spirit of God leads you!
