I have heard that there are going to be nationwide rallies for Obama in August. I think August 23 was the date. Is anything being planned on San Juan Island?

I have been following your quest for the change that is so badly need in the highest office of this country. I find you very refreshing. That statement may sound a bit trite. I am not racely a considered a minorty. But, what I am finding in this later state of part of your quest, is all of a sudden in seeking you to be the Democratic candidate in November, somebody decided to make this a bloody race issue. I have a lot of unpolitical, unnice words here. I personally like your platform. Thank you for being a breath of fresh air and ideas.
I fall under the heading of senior female citzen, with a mixed hertiage, some politically correct, some not, but who really gives a quack? I want the young people like you to stand up and take charge... I want our babes serving on foreign soil to have the very best equipment and our country behind them. I want none of our babes to be sent into foreign soil without our country 100 per cent behind them.
I thank you for this website, and letting me tell you my thoughts.

You people are crazy, the last thing we need as president is a guy who does not recite the PLEDGE OF ALLIGENCE, was sworn in on the KORAN not the HOLY BIBLE. He background is not the American dream. We should be voting for the best PERSON. Hillary IS more of the same. Barack is a post-baby-boome r. He is NOT part of the current elected crowd. All of the experience Hillary is talking about was as the presidents WIFE. I remember they were saying she wasn't experienced enough to go to NY-but they gave her a chance-are they giving a HOORAY??

Honestly, what makes Obama any better than HIllary or even Ron Paul? Isn't this just the same old political game that's happened every election year since the beginning of our country? I'm not so convinced yet about who's getting my vote, but you'll have to give me some good reasons why if you want it.
